The Pensnett Estate enjoys a high degree of security. All entrances are monitored 24 hours a day with fully recorded CCTV security cameras.

Outside normal working hours these entrances are locked, with the exception of the main entrance, which is manned and barrier controlled.

Tenants have access to their properties 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Estate Maintenance

LCP are responsible for the maintenance of estate roads, pavements, street lighting, landscaping, secured boundary fencing and common areas.

There is an on-going policy of reinvesting in the estate with good quality lighting and planting schemes in place.

Transport & Parking

A BP Petrol Station is located immediately outside the estate on the Dudley Road (A4101), ideally situated for refuelling after making deliveries.

Ample free parking is provided on the estate for employees and visitors.


A wide range of facilities are provided on or with walking distance of the estate.

On site is Greggs the Bakers and Beefeater, McDonalds, KFC, Domino's Pizza and a Morrison’s Supermarket are all located just outside the estate entrances.

Local Area

The Pensnett Estate is well situated for both your business and visitor’s needs.  The town centre of Dudley is approximately 3 miles east, the Intu Merry Hill Shopping Complex approximately 3 miles south and the centre of Kingswinford is within walking distance.

Wolverhampton University and Dudley College are located close by and offer excellent facilities for training and development.  Russell’s Hall Hospital with A&E facilities is located less than a mile away


For visitors there is a range of accommodation options in the local area.

A Premier Inn hotel is located directly opposite the estate on the Dudley Road (A4101) and offers conference facilities.   Within a 10 minute drive time options include a Travelodge and the Copthorne Hotel situated on the Waterfront complex close to the Intu Merry Hill Shopping Centre.
